Siemens Global Business Services in India seeks a SAP Tester to join the SAP S/4HANA program and help build the ERP target architecture with global Siemens teams. You will test product features for SAP S/4HANA, collaborate in a fully digitized environment, and participate in cross-functional sessions to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA knowledge, 2+ years in testing, and comfort working with international, multicultural teams in an agile setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is required.
• Agile methodology experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience in OIR topics.
• Functional understanding of business processes (finance, controlling, logistics, reporting).
• Experience leading function-oriented projects at international level with virtual teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform end-to-end functional testing for PR, PO, GR, MIRO in SAP.
• Understand MM concepts: enterprise structure, material master, purchase order, release procedures.
• Ensure cross-functional integration with SD and FICO validation across SAP processes.
• Analyze requirements, write user stories, validate acceptance criteria, RTM, and UAT facilitation.
• Collaborate with development teams in Scrum and advise team members across regions.
• Support both manual and automated testing approaches and drive quality KPIs.

As a SAP Tester, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our customers to run their product clusters at their best. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillar of our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations.

As a SAP Tester, Experienced in testing in SAP S4/HAHA MM P2R in below topics

• Hands on experience in End-to-End Functional Testing for PR, PO, GR, MIRO
• Concepts of MM including enterprise structure, material master, purchase order, release procedures.
• Knowledge on cross-functional integration of Procure to receipt with SD and FICO validation across relevant SAP business processes.
• Requirements Analysis, User Story Analysis, Acceptance Criteria Validation, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Scenario Identification, UAT Facilitation.
• You work closely with the development teams in the scrum process and provide your advice, support and experience to the team members from various global regions
• You work with scrum team and organize scrum related sessions.
• You support a holistic testing approach including automated or manual tests
• You ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause & impact analysis
• You contribute as Single Point of Contact in cross-functional teams for Test Management
• In your role, you follow and maintain the scope, timelines, and respective progress for the increments.
• You define the “WHEN” of delivery and the overall roadmap for the increments you own and assure that the “WHAT of your increment fits to the overall product.

Your Success Is Grounded In

• You hold any graduate degree in any discipline a comparable field, or a similar qualification
• SAP S4/HANA knowledge
• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory
• You have (mini 2 years) experience as SAP S4/HAHA testing in OIR topics (as mentioned above pointer)
• You have functional understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
• You have experience in leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams.
• Intercultural experience is desired for global working environment
• Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken
• You have a structured thought process and proactive approach towards problem solving
• You have willingness to learn new processes, information and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
