Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA/MTech with minimum 10 years of formal education or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in developing software systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing Azure-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience building DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, IaC, Azure DevOps, Terraform.
• Experience with front-end and back-end QA tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience with defect tracking apps and lifecycle.
• Experience in creating tests and test plans; executing full SDLC.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies is a plus; strong .Net stack expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Focus on leads and individual contributors who are highly technical with respect to C#, .Net, Cloud Architecture, Azure Services, containerization strategy micro services, REST, .Net Core and Web APIs
• Overall regression automation and maintenance
• Work with business analysts and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
• Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle
• Developing and executing comprehensive suites of test plans and test cases for system and integration testing, maintaining and continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression
• Work closely with Developers and other QA engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day-to-day QA Activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business, Partner Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to ensure that the Solution is accurate to deliver outcomes to the client and reliable from a technology perspective
• Understand and communicate new product and solution requirements back to the solution development and management team
• Lead others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals
• Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
• This role include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery
• Enhance existing products as well as create new offerings utilizing the latest technology
• Build and lead a product development team to deliver projects that meet business objectives and solve critical user problems
• Collaborate closely with key leaders to develop strategic projects, plans and processes, streamline decision-making, and develop and manage an engineering team
• Leverage technical expertise and industry trends to influence development processes and product quality
• Act as a technical leader in internal teams including managing code reviews, post project analysis and clearly articulating throughout the duration of projects what is important to the project’s success and focuses on the critical few and priorities to improve
• Provide leadership for planning, recruiting and managing part of a world class technology, product development and application engineering team delivering a world class enterprise solutions portfolio and offering enabling services
• Effectively implement SDLC, modifying it as necessary, utilizing best practices across the company and/or industry
• Develop and apply highly effective team operating mechanisms to achieve the business objectives
• Continuously assess, and if necessary, redesign processes to ensure that they are repeatable, sustainable and scalable
• Drive results through proactively collaborating across organizational boundaries, and ensures end- to-end execution that most effectively delivers for the right stakeholders
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA/MTech (Minimum 10 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 10+ years of experience in developing software systems
• Hands‑on experience in Designing, Developing and Managing solution in Azure platform
• Hands‑on experience in designing and developing DevOps pipeline using GITHUB actions, IaC, Azure DevOps, Terraform etc.
• Experience with front‑end and back‑end Quality Engineering tools and methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins
• Experience with defect tracking applications
• Experience creating, designing, and executing comprehensive tests plans
• Experience developing high level and detailed test strategy, test plans, test cases, test scripts, manual testing, test automation and defect tracking using various tools such as ALM, Jenkins and Jira, Java, Oracle, etc.
• Experience STLC and functionality, system, regression, integration
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, etc.
• Proven experience with defect tracking applications
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques and tools
• Good understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools and prefer to have hands on building application knowledge
• Expertise level of exposure to .Net and .Net Core stack with SPA framework Angular/React
• Proven ability to drive strategic technology/engine reuse, technology and architecture health, and development process improvement
• Proven ability to evaluate tools/technologies and demonstrate through POC if required
