Job summary

MRI Software in Vadodara is seeking a Software Engineer to join our product team. You will develop, test, and maintain software across the lifecycle, with a focus on delivering high-quality features and collaborating with peers to improve the codebase.

You should have strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, MVC, frontend frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases. The role requires teamwork, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience developing browser-based applications with .NET Core and EF Core.
• Strong knowledge of MVC and frontend frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS.
• Proficiency in C# and RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server and HTML5/CSS/JavaScript frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Azure

Responsibilities

• Develop software features in a self-sufficient way and to a high technical standard.
• Understand system architecture and technical goals of the product.
• Follow development processes including source control, testing, and more.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with complex support queries requiring analysis.
• Participate in team rituals (stand-ups, planning, demos, retrospectives) and code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to documentation.

About the role:

MRI-Software is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team working on products. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. You should have a passion for development and an eagerness to learn new things and improve your skills. Roles & Responsibilities:

• To Develop software features in a self-sufficient way and to a high technical standard.
• Understanding the system architecture and technical goals of the product.
• Follow development process (source control, branching, testing etc.) without assistance.
• Actively troubleshoot issues and assist with complex support queries which require further analysis.
• Taking part in team rituals such as stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
• Taking part in team activities such as collaborative-development and code-reviews.
• Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and documentation.
• Building relationships with all other teams in the product development department.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8- 15 years of experience in developing browser-based application using.Net core and entity framework core.
• Knowledge and working exp with MVC.
• Experience in frontend like angular/ReactJS.
• Proficiency in at least one .Net language (C# preferred)
• Experience in developing RESTful Web services using ASP.NET Core Web API
• Good SQL skills preferrable Microsoft SQL server.
• Proficient with frontend development using HTML5, CSS and any one of the modern JavaScript frameworks like angular with typescript and Breeze.js (preferred)
• Knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
• Knowledge on Single Sign On (SSO)
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Azure knowledge preferable.
