Job summary

Synthires in India is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support an AI training project that creates realistic coding tasks and reliable evaluation systems. No AI background required; your software engineering expertise is what matters.

You will implement deterministic verifiers, debug and optimize code, and design automated tests. The role involves about 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule and around 300 positions available.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python or C++.
• Experience building scalable services and APIs.
• Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.

Required Qualifications
