We are looking for a skilled UI Developer proficient in React JS to join our team. The primary focus will be on developing reusable, high-quality user interface components and implementing them using well-known ReactJS workflows such as Flux or Redux. The candidate should ensure robust, maintainable, and responsive designs across devices, collaborating closely with UX/UI and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate should also have the ability to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and take initiative in building or leading a small frontend team when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable and efficient frontend components using React JS.
• Convert design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementations.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability across different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure design consistency and usability.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and handle state management effectively.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Contribute to the growth and structure of the frontend team by supporting onboarding and promoting best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and trends.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in React.js development.
• Solid understanding of React core principles and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Flux/Redux workflows.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JWT‑based authentication.
• Understanding of frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and guide junior team members effectively.
