Chubb India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – QA-BA in Hyderabad/Bangalore to lead quality engineering and business analysis within the insurance domain. You will own QA and BA tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery quality across the software lifecycle.

The role requires strong ownership, communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position within the Technology department.

Formación

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in QA and BA.
• Experience in the insurance domain is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to both QA and BA responsibilities as required

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve defects
• Manage competing priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership for assigned deliverables

Role Summary
