Job summary

Vistateq Virtuosity India Private Limited in Mumbai invites a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python expertise and working knowledge of Java to join our hybrid team. The role requires 6 to 10 years of experience, backend focus with Python and Java, and full-stack exposure to modern UI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably on complex, enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on Python development as the primary backend skill.
• Experience building backend services with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, error handling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of Java as a secondary backend skill, with the ability to understand, debug, modify, and enhance Java applications.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot or equivalent Java frameworks is preferred.
• Full-stack exposure with React, Angular, or an equivalent modern UI framework.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python expertise, working knowledge of Java, and full stack exposure to build and support complex, enterprise-scale applications. You will work independently, own technical tasks and projects, and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver production-quality software.

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Location: Mumbai - Nesco IT Park, Goregaon, Hybrid WFO - 2/3 days WFO a week

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (flexible, with at least 4 hours of overlap with US EST hours)
