Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend or full-stack focus.

Job Summary

The Product Software team at Equinix is looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python to build scalable full-stack applications, backend services, and microservices. The role requires a solid foundation in software engineering along with experience in CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and containerized environments . The engineer will work closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, with opportunities to grow into DevSecOps, platform engineering, and AI-enabled development .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google ADK, OpenAI SDK, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience building MCP servers or agentic solutions.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development.
