Job summary

Rekruton Technologies in India seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Python AI/ML) to build an advanced AI-powered chatbot testing platform. You will design intelligent systems using Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP to improve testing accuracy and coverage.

You will develop Python APIs with Django or Flask, contribute to system architecture around NLU, NLG, and dialogue management, and optimize backend performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and machine learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or similar large-scale AI systems.
• Solid experience developing Python APIs using Django and/or Flask.
• Good understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts such as NLU, NLG, and dialogue systems.
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and writing high-quality, production-ready code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for working on real-world AI applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain components of a Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application.
