Job summary

TO THE NEW is seeking a proficient Python developer to join our web applications team in India. You will design, develop and optimize scalable applications using Django/Flask, RESTful APIs and modern cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with peers to translate business requirements into robust code and ensure quality through testing and code reviews. Required: B.Tech/MCA with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong OOP and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns using Python.
• Experience with web application development, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs.
• Ability to investigate, debug, and analyze code; optimize for performance and scalability.
• Proficient in writing SQL and concepts of relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
• Experience with Agile methodology and development tools.

Job description

• Develop and build highly reliable, scalable and high-performing web applications for our clients
• Review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects
• Collaborate across the company and interact with our customers to define, design and showcase new concepts and solutions
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure that client needs are met at all times
• Work in a rapid and agile development process to enable increased speed to market against a backdrop of appropriate controls.
• Implement good development and testing standards to ensure the quality of deliverables

Requirements

• B.Tech/MCA with at least 4 years of relevant experience
