Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a seasoned platform/DevOps professional in Pune to design and manage end-to-end deployment pipelines, implement CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and scripting, and scale reliable services.

You will monitor systems, implement IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, manage containers with Docker on AWS/Azure, and align with SAFe/Agile processes to ensure proper governance across dev, test, staging and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and scripting languages.
• Ability to design end-to-end deployment pipelines with build, test, deploy, and rollback.
• Hands-on with monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry).
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle and dependency management.
• Exposure to Chef or equivalent configuration management tools.
• Cloud experience on AWS and Azure.
• Docker and container lifecycle management expertise.
• IaC concepts and tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of platform engineering and reusable deployment templates.
• Experience supporting multi-environment setups with governance.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting and familiarity with SRE practices.
• Awareness of AI-driven workflows and automation for incident analysis or observability.

• - Experience of building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, Python and shell scripting


• - Ability to design and maintain end-to-end deployment pipelines (build, test, deploy, rollback).


• - Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry).


• - Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and dependency management.


• - Exposure to configuration management and automation tools (Chef or equivalent).


• - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)


• - Experience with containerization (Docker) and image lifecycle management.


• - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation or similar).


• - Understanding of platform engineering principles, including building reusable deployment templates and shared services.


• - Experience supporting multi-environment setups (dev, test, staging, production) with proper isolation and governance.


• - Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux-based production environments.


• - Awareness of SRE principles and reliability practices.


• - Experience developing and integrating AI-driven workflows and automation for use cases such as incident analysis, anomaly detection, and intelligent observability or CI/CD enhancements.


• Passionate about Agile software development and working with SAFe or Scrum.
