Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Hyderabad is seeking an OutSystems Developer to join a team implementing a new GRC platform on OutSystems.

You will design, develop and deliver modules using OutSystems O11/ODC, following architecture patterns across Core, Foundation and End-User layers.

The role requires integration with RDBMS, SSO and external services via REST/SOAP, plus security, performance and quality assurance across environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems (O11/ODC).
• OutSystems Associate/Professional Developer certification (Reactive).
• Expertise in OutSystems architecture best practices (Core, Foundation, End-User layers).
• Proficiency in integrating with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, external connectors and Service Actions.
• Knowledge of implementing business logic, workflows and role-based security.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding deployments across environments using LifeTime.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level).

• Optimize performance, scalability and maintainability of delivered solutions
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts and QA on requirements refinement
