Job summary

BOLD is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform. You will work with Product to translate ideas into robust systems, design scalable architectures, and own initiatives from concept to production.

You’ll leverage TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software. You’ll also explore AI coding tools and contribute to scalable, data-driven solutions used by millions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Deep frontend experience using React and Next.js.
• Solid backend architecture and scalability skills, including strong SQL/PostgreSQL experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, architect, and ship robust software from problem definition through to deployment.
• Problem Solving: Tackle hard, ambiguous problems and break them down into clear, shippable steps.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the backlog, ensuring business goals are translated into technical solutions.

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer. We care more about how you think ,learn, and deliver than about the exact tools you’ve used. We want a great engineer who can take a problem from idea to production, design solid systems, and seamlessly learn whatever they don’t already know. In this role, you will work end-to-end across our stack, partner closely with our Product team, and take ownership of meaningful initiatives from concept to launch.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

BOLD Platform services team design, creates, manage and maintains the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. The current list of services is based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.

Platform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools & technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• End-to-End Development: Design, architect, and ship robust software from problem definition through to deployment.
• Problem Solving: Tackle hard, ambiguous problems and break them down into clear, shippable steps.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• You are a strong engineer who can learn and do anything, driving work to completion with real results shipped across new languages and domains. You are a collaborative and self-driven communicator who takes initiative, demonstrates end-to-end ownership, reasons clearly about trade-offs, and thrives in ambiguity.
• Technical Experience: You have 5+ years of experience building production software, with an emphasis on depth and impact. You possess strong experience with TypeScript and theNode.js ecosystem, as well as deep frontend experience using React and Next.js. You also bring solid backend architecture and scalability skills, including strong SQL/PostgreSQL experience working with large datasets
