Indium Software in India (hybrid work model across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad) seeks a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years' experience to design and implement full-stack solutions using .NET, React, and PostgreSQL for enterprise applications.

You will build scalable web apps and microservices, set up CI/CD pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate cross-functionally in Agile sprints while mentoring juniors and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong C#/NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Proficient with React (hooks, Redux) and responsive UI (HTML/CSS).
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to create automated tests (xUnit, Jest, Selenium).

Role:Senior Software Engineer (SSE)

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad - Hybrid

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining fullstack solutions using .NET, React, and PostgreSQL for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have skills: Build scalable web apps and microservices with C#/.NET Core and React.
• Design, implement, and tune PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Write clean, documented, testable code following design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver in Agile sprints.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote continuous improvement.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/EKS or OpenShift) and support automated testing.
• Perform unit, integration, and API testing (xUnit, Jest, Postman) and assist QA automation.
• Diagnose production issues, execute rootcause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Good to have experience in Healthcare domain

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Proficient with React (hooks, Redux) and responsive UI (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap).
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, stored procedures).
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to create automated tests using xUnit, Jest, Selenium, or similar frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Java or Python backend development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and eventdriven architectures.
• Understanding of DevOps monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana).
