Job summary

PeopleGene is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications in Pune.

You will build front-end interfaces with appealing visuals, manage databases, and create RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with secure authentication using JWT and OAuth.

The role involves leading code reviews, mentoring juniors, and overseeing the full SDLC, with exposure to cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior 5-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing web and mobile applications
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), UI/UX design
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Azure CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
