Job summary

Synapseindia is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to design and implement scalable solutions using MEAN/MERN stacks in a client-centric environment in India. You will own end-to-end architecture, collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and backend teams, and address complex performance and security challenges.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding across the stack, proactive problem solving, and contributing to presales discussions with clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MEAN/MERN stack development experience across the stack.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (MERN).
• Strong experience with Node.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing and proposing end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
• Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
• Proven experience in service-based environments handling multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting presales activities and technical discussions with prospective clients.
• Prior experience working on enterprise or multi-tenant applications.
