Job summary

ASAKTA is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and modern frontend frameworks. The role includes building RESTful APIs, employing the Frappe Framework for Docs, workflows, and integrations, and ensuring responsive UI with HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.

You will deploy on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, use Docker for containerization, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with REST API design and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of unit testing with PyTest.
• Ability to review, validate, test, and secure AI-generated code.

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and modern frontend frameworks such as React JS or Vue JS.
• Design and develop applications using the Frappe Framework, including DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, APIs, background jobs, and integrations.
• Build reusable, modular, and high-performance code across backend and frontend layers.
• Ensure responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework or Flask.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Work with ORM tools and optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) or similar cloud platforms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Use Docker for containerization and environment consistency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain documentation.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows.
• Support and guide junior developers when required.
