Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a similar Full Stack role in financial services or electronic trading
• Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Context API, component composition, and performance optimisation
• Proficiency with Vite and modern frontend tooling
• Hands-on experience with React class components and lifecycle methods
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of Java/Spring & T-SQL; enterprise apps using Java & SQL
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with system integrations and distributed architectures
• Proficiency with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer(React+Java) to:

• design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications with primary focus on building intuitive and scalable user experience using React
• build high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Redux + Thunk, and Vite, with a strong focus on performance, usability, maintainability, and accessibility

• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing requirements and developing new features to automated testing and continuous deployment

• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, provide L3 support to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• leverage AI tooling (GitHub Copilot and similar) in day-to-day development and help the team automate repetitive engineering workflows using MCP-based integrations
• work comfortably across both modern React paradigms and legacy codebases, including maintaining and evolving React class components, with a solid understanding of component lifecycle methods and migration strategies toward hooks-based architectures
• contribute to frontend architecture discussions, advocate for client needs and influence the long-term technical direction of the platform

Your Skills And Experience
