Job summary

• Strong incident management and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), demand management, planned orders, procurement proposals, capacity planning, and production planning strategies.
• Deep understanding of make-to-stock (MTS), make-to-order (MTO), repetitive manufacturing, and engineer-to-order manufacturing processes.
• Experience troubleshooting MRP exceptions, planning inconsistencies, and supply-demand imbalances.
• Expertise in production order lifecycle including creation, release, scheduling, confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, settlement, and order closure.
• Experience supporting order types, control keys, confirmation parameters, scheduling parameters, and order status management.
• Knowledge of production execution and shop floor processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing master data (Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, PRT).
• Understanding of master data governance and impact analysis across planning and execution processes.
• MRP Types, Safety stock planning, Scheduling, Capacity requirements planning, Capacity leveling, Planning calendars.
• Ability to analyze planning results and resolve production planning issues.
• Experience with inventory transactions (Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Transfer Postings, Backflushing, Scrap Processing, Inventory Adjustments).
• Strong understanding of inventory impacts on production planning and manufacturing execution.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost flows and integration with Controlling (CO).
• Production order settlement, Variance calculation, Cost center assignments, Product costing, Work center costing, Integration with MM Module.
