Qualifications

• B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education).
• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and Cloud-native architectures.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Solid expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS.
• Solid background in software design, architecture, and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and GenAI-powered software development.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II who is passionate about building intelligent, AI-powered digital experiences. This role combines strong Full Stack engineering expertise with the ability to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and create innovative member experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical excellence, and champion the adoption of AI-driven software development practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
• Build AI-powered experiences such as smart search, personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation
• Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality
• Apply Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development practices to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
• Mentor team members on modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices
• Drive quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and responsible AI practices

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless Architecture
• Knowledge of US Healthcare and Payment Integrity domain
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
