Aurigo Software Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I - SRE to keep our SaaS platforms reliable, secure, and observable at scale in Bengaluru.

You will work hands-on across AWS (Windows and Linux), managing monoliths, microservices on EKS, and serverless apps while advancing observability, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud networking, and strengthening security and compliance posture (including CIS hardening).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization, focused on Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying, maintaining apps on AWS—Windows and Linux stacks, monolith and microservices (EKS), and serverless apps.
• Experience configuring observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong cloud networking troubleshooting on AWS.
• Comfort configuring EC2 instances on both Windows and Linux, plus hands-on IIS experience.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Shell.

We’re hiring SSE I - Site Reliability Engineer to help keep our SaaS platforms reliable, secure, and observable at scale.

You’ll work hands‑on across our AWS environment — Windows and Linux, a monolith alongside microservices on EKS and serverless apps — improving observability, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud networking, and strengthening our security and compliance posture (including CIS hardening).

It’s a role for a hands‑on engineer in a fast‑paced, secure and compliance‑oriented environment who enjoys both building automation and keeping production healthy.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in a fast‑paced SaaS organization, focused on Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining applications onAWS — both Windows and Linux stacks, monolith and microservices (EKS), and serverless apps.
