Neara is looking for a Senior Software Engineer-Frontend to enhance its innovative SaaS product. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will develop real-time collaboration features, create UI components, and ensure top-notch design implementation. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a flair for agile environments. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, SASS & Object-Oriented JavaScript.
• Experience with browser features (caching, storage, compatibility, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS is nice to have.
• Experience with startups or early-stage teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of module bundlers like Webpack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time collaboration experiences across the product.
• Build live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences.
• Create flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks.
• Craft UI components and interactions used throughout the product.
• Ensure pixel-perfect design implementation.
• Present demos of work every Friday to the team.

What will you do?

As a front‑end engineer at Rocketlane, you will help build a world‑class product in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing real‑time collaboration experiences across the product.
• Building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch.
• Creating flexible new Kanban‑style views of work tasks.
• Crafting UI components and interactions that are used throughout the product.
• Ensuring pixel‑perfect design implementation and meticulous attention to interaction details.
• Presenting demos of your work every Friday to the team.
