Job summary

Sysvine is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, Python, and DBT. You will build Snowflake data models to power analytics and ML/AI use cases, ensuring data quality and governance across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts and data scientists, performance tuning, and cost-efficient workflows. A strong SQL background and 5–10 years of data engineering experience are required, with Python as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in data engineering with Snowflake or similar data warehouse/ETL platforms.
• Strong SQL and experience building analytical data models.
• Hands-on Snowflake development and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow for orchestrating data workflows.
• Working knowledge of DBT for modular, maintainable data transformations.
• (Optional) Experience with Python or another scripting language for data tasks.
