Weekday is hiring a Senior Software Engineer Backend in Noida to architect and develop high‑performance Java microservices. You will ensure reliability, security, and low latency while guiding juniors and shaping technical roadmaps.

You will collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust APIs and scalable data pipelines, applying best practices in testing, monitoring, and incident response. Strong Java/Spring expertise is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java and Spring frameworks.
• Strong understanding of micro-service architecture, REST, and event-driven design.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies and schema design.
• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response in production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and a commitment to best engineering practices.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering high-quality software on time.

Responsabilités

As a Senior Software Engineer Backend, you will architect and develop high-performance services that drive our core products, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability across all environments.
