Job summary

Adyen Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Android - Kotlin Expert) to craft the core Android experience and payment terminal software. You will own features end-to-end—from design through deployment—using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Gradle, collaborating with backend teams to ensure a unified platform.

The role requires deep Android knowledge, a track record of enterprise SDK development, and strong mentoring and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing Kotlin code.
• 8+ years building Android applications at scale.
• Experience developing enterprise SDKs.
• Expert knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Gradle, DI.
• Ownership from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Strong testing culture with unit and integration tests.
• Ability to mentor teammates via code and design reviews.
• Excellent English communication.
