Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI/ML and agentic systems in India, with 5-8 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore/Hyderabad and focuses on building AI agents, ML models, and production-grade Python backends.

Responsibilities include deploying multi-agent workflows, integrating with data pipelines, and implementing MLOps to ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LangChain, AutoGen, LLM APIs, and RAG pipelines.
• Backend API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong Linux, infra automation, and backend engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows for automation, test generation, and failure analysis.
• Build, train, and optimize ML models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and test optimization.
• Develop scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise databases and data pipelines.
• Develop production-grade backend applications primarily using Python.
• Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive seamless integration and knowledge transfer.
