You will support the growth of other engineers, drive adoption of best practices, and help shape the technical direction of critical projects. REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in professional software development with proven technical leadership experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong full-stack software engineering skills in programming languages (Python, Javascipt, Typescript, React, SQL and modern web frameworks)
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI service APIs.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, CI/CD, containers, observability, security, and production deployment.
• Experience working with project/portfolio management data, analytics, workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, code quality, testing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate PMO business requirements into reliable AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development tools

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and guide teams effectively
