Senior Software Engineer - AI Agentic Systems

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (5+ years experience) to develop next-generation AI-native agentic systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building intelligent systems that automate complex business processes such as contract analysis, financial reporting, and research automation.

You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you will translate high-level concepts into scalable, production-ready systems. You will be working closely with senior leadership and the architect to build solutions that bridge the gap between traditional backend engineering and cutting-edge AI, specifically focusing on LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent workflows.

Beyond technical execution, you will also be championing the adoption of AI-first development practices. By leveraging advanced AI coding tools, you will help define the future of our development lifecycle, ensuring we remain agile and efficient as we scale our AI capabilities.
