Job summary

APT HR in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a strong .NET backend developer with C#/.NET, OOAD and design pattern knowledge to build scalable web applications. You will work with ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, EF/Dapper, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms in a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in microservices, RESTful services, API versioning, and CI/CD, with a passion for clean code, testing, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have strong C#/.NET background.
• Extensive OOAD knowledge and familiarity with design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and WebAPI2.
• Solid SQL and database design experience (SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper ORM.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful API design and API versioning.
• Knowledge of Docker containerization and Linux is a plus.
• Proficient in web development best practices and web 2.0 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper versioning.
• Collaborate on database design and ORM integration.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
• Perform code reviews and write unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Mentor teammates and participate in deployment, documentation, and training.

Job description

• Strong C#/.NET background
• In- depth knowledge of object - oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles, and familiarity with many design patterns for Software applications - MVC, Domain Driven Design etc.
• Extensive experience with a variety of server -side technologies, databases, and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming
• Hands -On experience on ASP.NET Core, an open -source web development framework | .NET MVC 5 or +, ASP.NET Core, an open -source web development framework | .NET WebAPI2
• Good Knowledge on TDD methodology
• Knowledge in .NET Core
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure) is must
• Experience of micro services architecture will be an added value
• Familiar with web 2.0 standards and best practices in web development
• Knowledge on Angular 2.x or above is plus (Angular 11 is a plus)
• Demonstrated expertise in application design and construction, work breakdown structure of items, design and code reviews, unit test and build activities, deployment and documentation, support and training/mentoring.

• Hands on RDMS Good Exp. In Database design, written stored procedure/views/functions
• Good knowledge on SQL, MySQL is plus
• Experience in ORM (Entity Framework / Dapper)
• Open Source Databases (MongoDB, NoSQL, etc.) is a plus

• Good Knowledge on SOA REST API(s) development, API versioning
• Experience with software integration required
• Experience or Interested in Internet Of Things is plus
