Job summary

ZingHR is seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead for .NET to own critical product development, contribute hands-on coding, and lead a team of developers. The role focuses on C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server and overseeing architecture, code reviews, production support and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of software development experience, strong leadership, and a proven record in building scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software development experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead – .NET who can take ownership of critical product development, contribute hands‑on to coding and architecture, and lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

HRMS/HCM/ERP domain experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory
