Job summary

People Impact is seeking a senior web engineer to develop scalable UI in React and contribute to backend components with Node and Java where needed.

You will work with UX, QA, and DevOps, use Webpack, npm, Jenkins, and RESTful APIs to ensure robust data flow and high performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in web UI, strong React skills, and experience with Unix environments and distributed data systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in web UI development.
• Strong expertise in React and related UI frameworks.
• Solid programming background in Node and Java.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with front-end build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm.
• Experience working with Jenkins-based build and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Good understanding of Unix-based environments and distributed data systems.
