• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software modules and applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews for peers and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack and system design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software designs, APIs, and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, development processes, and testing strategies.
