Job summary

DBiz.ai in India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead technical development across the full implementation lifecycle, harnessing X++ development and SSRS reporting.

You will design, build, test, and support customizations and integrations, manage deployments with Azure DevOps and LCS, and mentor teammates while delivering enterprise-scale D365 F&O solutions in real estate or construction contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O development experience, including at least 2 years in the latest D365 F&O version.
• Strong hands-on experience with X++, customizations, extensions, integrations, forms, tables, classes, and SSRS reporting.
• Functional and technical expertise in Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Management & Accounting.
• Experience with data migration and transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, Chain of Command (CoC), extensibility, and design patterns.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Real Estate or Construction industry experience is mandatory.
• Customer-facing experience including requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
