Job summary

RediMinds in Gurugram, India, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build scalable full‑stack applications, spanning frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and deployment workflows.

The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely on most days and to come into the office as needed; relocation is welcome for local candidates. You will mentor engineers and influence technical direction across product, AI/ML, QA, and design teams.

• Translate complex business requirements and workflow needs into elegant, scalable, maintainable software solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone with substantial full-stack experience who enjoys architecting and building across the stack, from clean frontend experiences to reliable backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment workflows. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment where requirements evolve, collaboration matters, and experienced engineers think beyond tickets and contribute to technical direction.

We are based out of our office in Gurugram, and this is a hybrid role - you'll have the flexibility to work remotely on most days while coming into the office as and when needed. We prefer candidates who are already local to Gurugram, but we are open to those willing to relocate.
