Credit Saison India (CSIndia) is a fast‑growing non‑bank financial company (NBFC) lender established in 2019, offering wholesale and direct lending across India with a tech‑enabled model that supports scalable, secure lending to underserved segments.

Skills / Qualifications

• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (BS or MS in CS or related field).
• Excellent object‑orientation, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Highly skilled in Java and related technologies: Spring Boot or Dropwizard, RESTful web services, JSON, Servlet, JSP, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, AWS.
• Hands‑on experience building scalable and secure backend systems.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts: continuous deployment, Jenkins, Kubernetes, deployment on AWS.
• Good understanding of JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS (advantageous).
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, and technologies.

Job Duties

• Develop server‑side components and REST APIs; own existing and new modules, including design, development, unit testing, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
• Analyze problems logically and solve difficult technical and operational problems with sound judgment.
• Lead design and architectural improvements, participate in design discussions, identify complexity, assess risks, propose enhancements, implement POCs, and enhance the application.
• Collaborate with team members, coordinate requirements, conduct feasibility studies, provide schedules and activities, contribute to team meetings and activities, troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and platforms.

Our tech stack includes microservices with Java (Spring Boot), Kotlin, Go, Python, front‑ends on VueJS, and mobile on Flutter, supported by a robust DevOps pipeline with AWS, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
