Job summary

Wissen Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Argus + Python developer to design integrations, automation workflows, APIs, and compliant PV solutions. The role focuses on enterprise-grade applications supporting pharmacovigilance operations and regulatory compliance.

You will work on backend services with Python, build REST APIs using FastAPI, and implement microservices and data integrations across safety systems, databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in PV technology.
• Experience with Argus configuration and support.
• Hands-on with FastAPI, REST APIs, and SQL DB design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS and AI/GenAI-based automation in PV operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand Argus system and integrate Indegene solution.
• Support case processing workflows, product configurations, reporting rules, and business validations.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for PV operations.
• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Develop integrations with safety systems, regulatory platforms, document management systems, and AI services.
• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Build automation workflows for case processing, literature review, signal detection, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop integrations with Oracle Argus Safety, safety databases, RIM systems, MLR platforms, clinical systems, data lakes and warehouses.
• Work with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
