Senior Python Developer / Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, candidate will be:

• Developing Python based ML/GenAI applications for Collections, Decisioning and Fraud area.
• Responsible for application design, coding, testing and using agile methodology, deployment into production followed by post production support.

• Develop Python-based ML/GenAI applications for collections, decisioning, and fraud areas.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy software in an agile environment; provide post-production support.

Qualifications

• Strong software development experience in Python programming language.
• Good knowledge and experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI.
• FastAPI, proficiency with using LLM frameworks and AI services.
• Good working experience in SQL databases.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, Nexus or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Unix-based systems, including Bash scripting.
• Experience of writing SQL scripts.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to present to clients and executive leadership.
• Developer background with 6+ years of experience using automation scripting languages: Python, Ansible, Bash or similar.
• Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with code quality scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube) integrations with CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Helm, GKE and service mesh.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker or other containerization platforms.
• Experience with vulnerability management and mitigation.
• Good team player.
