Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own backend services and APIs using C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Build responsive, maintainable frontends using React and TypeScript.
Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate development and enable AI features.
Contribute to application and component architecture, including data flows and integration patterns.
Make sound design decisions balancing scalability, performance, maintainability.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and stay hands-on with coding.
Design and implement data access layers using SQL Server.
Deploy and run applications in Azure.
Ensure code quality, testing, security, and CI/CD practices.
Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements.

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer (5–8 years) with strong full‑stack skills across C# / .NET and React to build and scale modern enterprise applications.

This role centers on deep development expertise with practical component and application design responsibilities. You will build backend services in C# / .NET and modern frontends in React/TypeScript, contribute to application architecture, and mentor other engineers while staying hands‑on. AI is central to how we work and what we build — both as a development accelerator and as a capability within our products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own backend services and APIs using C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
Build responsive, maintainable frontends using React and TypeScript
Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate development, and help build AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows within our products
Contribute to application and component architecture, including component design, data flows, and integration patterns
Make sound design decisions at the feature/component level, balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, and delivery speed
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and share technical knowledge while remaining hands‑on with coding
Design and implement data access layers using SQL Server
Deploy and run applications in the cloud (Azure)
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, security, and CI/CD
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance optimization and reliability improvements
Promote reusable design patterns and improve overall engineering standards

Required Experience

5–8 years of hands‑on software development experience
Strong expertise in:
- C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
- React and TypeScript
- Web APIs and backend service development
- Entity Framework / Dapper or similar ORM tools
- SQL Server (schema design, query optimization)
Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in day‑to‑day development
Working knowledge of cloud deployment, ideally Azure (App Service, Azure SQL)
Good understanding of application architecture, including:
- Layered architecture and separation of concerns
- API design and integration patterns
- Scalability, resilience, and maintainability
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance tuning skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice to Have

Experience building AI‑enabled features (e.g., Azure AI / OpenAI APIs, intelligent automation, AI agents)
Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, logging frameworks)
Caching strategies (e.g., Redis)
Exposure to event‑driven or distributed systems

Ideal Candidate

Strong full‑stack engineer comfortable across C# and React
Applies sound design principles and owns feature/component design while staying hands‑on
Able to balance speed of delivery with long‑term maintainability
Uses AI fluently as part of their development workflow and is curious about building AI capabilities into products
