Tricog Health is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to independently design, build, and deliver high-quality features across the stack. You will shape implementation decisions, improve engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.

You will design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend, build scalable React.js frontend applications, and develop robust Node.js

Competenze

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Solid experience with React.js and modern frontend patterns.
• Solid experience with Node.js and RESTful API design.
• Experience with databases, including SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of software design principles, performance optimization, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment in leveraging AI-assisted tools.
