Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and Node.js, along with experience in SQL or any other database framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between frontend and backend. Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or other database frameworks for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding best practiices.

Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application functionality.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.

Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)

Knowledge of backend frameworks like NEST or NextJS for building scalable applications.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.

Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience with TypeScript for better code maintainability.

Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Microservices architecture.

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Previous experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
