Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and scalable backend services for healthcare member journeys.
• Build and optimize APIs and microservices on Azure cloud platforms with performance and security in mind.
• Integrate conversational AI interfaces, RAG solutions, and AI-powered user experiences.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection across APIs and services.
• Integrate enterprise healthcare APIs and data sources to enable provider search, benefits guidance, and cost estimation workflows.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using AKS or OpenShift, supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

Experience Range:

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and scalable backend services supporting healthcare member journeys
• 2. Build and optimize APIs and microservices on Azure cloud platforms, ensuring high performance and security
• 3. Integrate conversational AI interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, and AI-powered user experiences
• 4. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection controls across APIs and application services
• 5. Integrate enterprise healthcare APIs and data sources to enable provider search, benefits guidance, and cost estimation workflows
• 6. Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or OpenShift, supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
• 7. Enhance observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for cloud-native applications
• 8. Write clean, testable, and production-ready code, participate in code reviews, and implement automated testing and quality engineering practices
