Job summary

dSPACE is seeking a Senior Software Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Trivandrum. You will contribute across the full SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment and ongoing support, taking technical ownership within the team and mentoring juniors.

You will work in an Agile Scrum setting, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver robust D365FO solutions and extensions while ensuring code quality and performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Requires MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of Dynamics AX and D365 F&O experience.
• Strong skills in X++ Development and D365 F&O extension model.
• Solid knowledge of LCS, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Solid foundation in SQL Server and database design principles.
• Experience building SSRS and X++ Reports.
• Familiar with Microsoft DevOps and release pipeline concepts.
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver on time in a team or solo setting.

• Actively participate in an Agile Scrum team including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into robust technical solutions.

For our office in Trivandrum, dSPACE is looking for creative and motivated professionals. You will be a key member of the agile team responsible for the continuous development and operation of our companywide D365FO solution across the dSPACE Group.

We are offering a position as a Senior Software Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this role, you will leverage your strong software development background and hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365-FO to contribute across the entire software development lifecyclefrom requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. Beyond development, you will take technical ownership within the team, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and other stakeholders.

Your Tasks

Your Profile

• You hold an MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech degree in Computer Science
• You have a minimum of 5 years of prior Dynamics AX and D365 F&O experience
• You demonstrate strong technical skills in X++ Development and D365 F&O extension model
• You possess solid working knowledge of LCS, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio
• You have a solid foundation in SQL Server and database design principles
• You are experienced in building SSRS & X++ Reports
• You are well-versed in Microsoft DevOps and release pipeline concepts
• You are self-motivated, with the ability to deliver tasks on time and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
