1. No Code/Low Code Platform Development

o Design, develop, and maintain a first-of-its-kind no code/low code platform for advanced manufacturing.

o Integrate robotics, vision, pneumatics, and other cutting-edge technologies into a user-friendly environment.

o Product management: drive product evolution based on customer feedback.

o Implement machine learning algorithms for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and intelligent decision-making.

o Collaborate with data scientists to explore new models and use cases for continuous improvement.

3. Platform Testing & Deployment

o Conduct thorough offline testing and validation of software before deployment.

o Provide post-deployment troubleshooting and expertise on any code level issues.

o Define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices for scalability and maintainability.

o Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Work closely with PLC programming, electrical design, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.

o Collaborate with ERP/MES teams for efficient data exchange and system interoperability.

o Drive continuous improvement by sharing new ideas and insights with the team

Required Qualifications

o Preferred: B.E./B.Tech in EEE, EIE, ECE, Mechatronics, or related fields. o Open to: MCA, M.Sc./M.Tech in relevant domains, or equivalent academic backgrounds with strong hands-on exposure.

o Note: Exceptional candidates with proven skills (e.g., open-source contributions, relevant certifications) may be considered, even if from a non-traditional educational path.

o Years of Experience: 3–4 years in software development, testing, and deployment.

o Technical Exposure: Proficiency in VB.Net, C#, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar languages, with a strong foundation in database systems (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).

o Automation Domain: Experience in PC-based automation, industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet), and hardware integration (NI/Advantech/Adlink DAQ cards). Familiarity with LabVIEW is a plus.

· Additional Considerations

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude.

o Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) is advantageous.
