Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Lead Game Mathematician in India to lead the development of mathematical models for slot and instant-win games. You will define RTP, volatility, and hit frequency, while guiding a math team, documenting models, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and QA to ensure accurate integration and high-quality gameplay.

You will analyze player behavior and game performance to refine mechanics, stay current with industry trends, and mentor junior colleagues.
