Job summary

ZF Group in Chennai, India seeks a Vehicle Simulation Engineer (m/f/d) to establish SIL environments and build a common database of vehicle maneuvers. You will leverage Simulink to model plant dynamics and drive simulation-based testing through collaboration with the test team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of automotive system simulation experience, strong vehicle dynamics knowledge, and familiarity with SIL/HIL tools. Experience with communication protocols and diagnostics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Control systems/Electrical/Electronics.
• 2–4 years of automotive system simulation experience creating plant models in Simulink.
• Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
• Experience with optimisation techniques is an added advantage.
• Experience in SIL/dSPACE HIL systems and associated tools.
• Experience in automotive communication protocols and Diagnostics is a plus.
