Job summary

Providence Global Center in Hyderabad is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will support secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint management, including device configuration, software deployment, patching, and security controls.

You will work with Intune, Configuration Manager, Jamf, Group Policy, and related tools, developing standards and automation to improve endpoints,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and endpoint security technologies.
• Strong understanding of OS deployment, patch management, software distribution, endpoint compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write or modify scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate endpoint management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and support endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Jamf, Group Policy, and related enterprise tools.
• Develop and maintain endpoint standards, baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls aligned with organizational requirements.
• Manage operating system deployment, imaging, provisioning, patching, application delivery, and device lifecycle processes.
• Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using enterprise deployment technologies while ensuring compatibility, reliability, and minimal user disruption.
• Implement automation to streamline endpoint provisioning, software delivery, remediation, reporting, and operational support activities.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, application, and business teams to resolve endpoint-related issues and improve the end-user computing experience.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, vulnerabilities, performance, and deployment success using reporting dashboards and analytics.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.

Organization Background:

The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
