We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the BFSI vertical, particularly with US and European banking clients. The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations and driving excellence in managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large delivery teams of 250+ professionals across onsite/offshore models.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services programs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive operational excellence through ITIL frameworks and L1/L2/L3 support taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with global banking clients to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Implement governance models and continuous improvement strategies across engagements.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with exposure to US/European banking clients.
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams (250+), including distributed delivery models.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL processes and L1/L2/L3 support structures.
  • Demonstrated success in managing SLA/KPI-driven service delivery programs.
  • Background in mid-tier or tier 1 IT services organizations.
