Job summary

Moz Web Media in Noida, Sector 62, seeks a Senior SEO Manager to lead end-to-end SEO campaigns, develop strategies aligned with client objectives, and drive organic growth through technical audits and content planning.

You will mentor SEO managers and analysts, coordinate with content and development teams, monitor performance with GA4 and industry tools, and report results to clients. Shift timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing SEO teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Local SEO.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Experience handling international clients will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives to improve organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and conversions.


• Lead end-to-end SEO campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance management.


• Conduct detailed Technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers on website architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing, site speed, structured data, and other technical requirements.


• Manage Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, shopping feeds, and other relevant search engine platforms.


• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization.


• Develop SEO-driven content strategies and collaborate with content teams to maximize organic reach.


• Plan and manage link-building and off-page SEO campaigns while maintaining quality and search engine compliance.


• Support social media and digital content initiatives, including case studies, customer content, videos, and social campaigns, where relevant to SEO objectives.


• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other industry tools.


• Prepare and review weekly/monthly SEO reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective strategies.


• Lead, mentor, and manage SEO Managers, Team Leads, Senior Executives, and Executives, including KRAs, performance reviews, training, COC adherence, leave management, and career development.


• Take ownership of multiple client accounts and maintain strong client relationships, satisfaction, retention, and campaign performance.


• Communicate SEO strategies, results, challenges, and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.


• Collaborate with Content, Development, PPC, Social Media, and Account Management teams for integrated digital marketing initiatives.


• Manage projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and client requirements.


• Monitor account health, identify potential client-retention risks, and proactively resolve issues.


• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search, SERP developments, SEO trends, and industry best practices, and implement relevant improvements.
