Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage Seeburger BIS/IBM Connect Direct based MFT processes in Bengaluru. The role requires strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and partner onboarding capabilities within a B2B/MFT framework.

The candidate should be proficient with X.509/SSH, Linux, Java, SQL, and effective communication to resolve complex connectivity issues. On-site collaboration and incident leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect Direct) and communication protocols.
• Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar).
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
• Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the processing errors and perform RCA from Seeburger application level.
• On-boarding Trading Partners based on B2B and MFT Solutions.
• Analyze and resolve any performance/configuration hindrances.
• Handle high priority tickets and lead a team.
