Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced MFT specialist to manage Seeburger BIS integrations and related connectivity issues.

You will troubleshoot, perform RCA, onboard trading partners, and lead escalation tickets while coordinating with global teams and ensuring secure communications via X.509 and SSH.

Qualifications

• Experience with Managed File Transfer platforms, specifically Seeburger BIS.
• Familiarity with IBM Connect: Direct.
• Knowledge of X.509 certificates and SSH keys.
• Experience with Linux and Java (or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with log analysis.
• Knowledge of EDI standards like EDIFACT and ANSI X12 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the processing errors and perform RCA from Seeburger application level.
• Should be On-Boarding Trading Partners based on B2B and MFT Solutions.
• Analyze and resolve any performance/configuration hindrances.
• Should be able to handle high priority tickets and lead a team.
• Candidate must have a good knowledge over User Management Console.
• Knowlege over EDI Standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12 is added advantage.
• EDI mapping using BIC MD is required
• Valid experience in Seeburger BIS upgrades from one Service Pack to other.

Experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect: Direct) and communication protocols; Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar); Understanding of relational databases and SQL; Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills; Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues
